Andrew Crane (Chair)
Andrew Crane is Professor of Business and Society at the University of Bath. His research focuses on issues such as modern slavery, the political role of business, cross-sector partnerships, and CSR communication. On these issues, he consults standard setting organizations and speaks regularly to leading media, such as the BBC or Financial Times.
Andy Hoffman
Andrew Hoffman is the Holcim (US) Professor of Sustainable Enterprise at the University of Michigan. In his research, he works towards understanding the process by which environmental issues emerge and evolve as social, political, and managerial issues. He translates this research for practitioners and regularly has his work published in media outlets, including the New York Times, Scientific American, Times and the Wall Street Journal.
Sarah Kaplan
Sarah Kaplan is the Distinguished Professor of Gender and the Economy at the Rottman School of Management, University of Toronto. In her research, she applies an innovation lens to understanding the challenges for achieving gender equality and other social goods. She frequently speaks and appears in the media on these topics, and recently published the book The 360º Corporation: From Stakeholder Trade-offs to Transformation.

Sylvia Grewatsch (Chair)
Sylvia Grewatsch is an assistant professor in strategy at Brock University, Canada. Her research focuses on how decision-makers think, act, and organize to address sustainability challenges, and has been published in journals such as the Academy of Management Learning & Education or Journal of Management Studies. Sylvia is one of the founders and an integral part of the organizing team behind the Impact Scholar Community.
Suntae Kim
Suntae Kim is an assistant professor at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. He studies how new forms of organizing emerge in the context of hardship, such as poverty, crisis, and discrimination. His work has been published in journals such as the Administrative Science Quarterly and the Academy of Management Journal, and featured by outlets such as the Stanford Social Innovation Review. He is the winner of the 2023 ONE-SIM Outreach Award.
Marleen Wierenga
Marleen Wierenga is an Associate Professor at Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Ålesund. She is interested in questions related to sustainability and responsibility, and studies the different ways organizations and entrepreneurs, for example in India and Finland, approach, operate in, and respond to grand challenges. She has published in Journal of Management Studies, Strategic Organization, and Entrepreneurship and Regional Development.

Maggie Cascadden
Maggie Cascadden is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta. Her research interests include community, institutionalism, sustainable development, and how institutions survive and decline in the anthropocene.
Emilio Marti
Emilio Marti is an associate professor at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. His research interests include corporate social responsibility, institutional theory, performativity, and sustainable investing. His work has been published in journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Management Studies, and Organization Science.
